About the role

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial ML engineer ****who will work closely with the founders to build and scale Radical’s AI doctor.

• You are first and foremost a builder. You have a track record of shipping products in a fast-paced environment.
• You thrive in a startup environment. This could mean you’ve either worked at a VC backed startup before or have experience founding.
• You value rate of learning above anything else and are comfortable figuring out how to build things you haven't built before (nobody has done what we aim to do).
• Excited to work harder and longer than ever before, because your work here will directly save lives
• Tech experience (not all necessary):
  • Built AI (transformer-based) models for healthcare and recently worked with LLMs.
  • Experience with data cleaning and engineering for clinical or biological data.
  • Built multi-modal models in healthcare for predicting overall survival or treatment response.
  • Experience generating synthetic data for healthcare.
  • Experience extracting structured data from unstructured clinical notes. </aside>
