• You are first and foremost a flexible builder with a can do attitude. You have a track record of shipping products in a fast-paced environment.
• You thrive in a startup environment. This could mean you’ve either worked at a VC backed startup before or have experience founding.
• You value rate of learning above anything else and are comfortable figuring out how to build things you haven't built before (nobody has done what we aim to do).
• Excited to work harder and longer than ever before, because your work here will directly save lives
• Tech experience:
  • Relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
  • A master in Python, experience with FastAPI or similar backends is a nice to have
  • Experience with large scale data processing and RayData/Apache Spark or similar
  • Experience with AWS/GCP or other cloud providers, specifically running GPU instances for training
  • Worked with healthcare data engineering and FHIR (A nice to have but not expected)
  • A huge bonus if you have experience with LLMs, extracting structured data from unstructured data and other AI data processing tools </aside>
